DESCRIPTION:22–24 Aug / 29–31 Aug / 05–07 Sep 2025 –\nScheffelstraße 110, 09120 Chemnitz\nFor the 20th time, ibug – short for Industrie-Brachen-Um-Gestaltung (industrial brownfield transformation) – will turn an abandoned industrial or special-use site into a vibrant urban art festival ground. In 2025, the festival moves into the former hospital at Scheffelstraße 110 in Chemnitz – this time as an official part of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 program.\nMore than 70 artists, duos, and collectives from 25 countries will transform the site with murals, paste-ups, installations, and multimedia works. Among them are Chinagirl Tile (AT), Yubia (ES), Alaa Satir (SD), NULO (UY), Isakov & Krashkid (DE), and Adhocrates (AT).
