The Montresso* Art Foundation<\/a> and the artists residence Jardin Rouge based in Marrakech, Morocco are proud to present you the end of residence of the Franco-Congolese KOUKA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Franco-Congolese artist Kouka paints its Bantus warriors relentlessly, creates a symbol : the guardian of the key values of humanity. Major artist of the residence Jardin Rouge at Marrakesh, he presents his last works during the event \u201cBack against the wall<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kouka use to come in residence at Jardin Rouge since 2012, he presented his first research in May 2015 about the Bantus warriors, frontal, strong  and peaceful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his artistic reflection, Kouka paints for his second residency the back of Bantus. The viewer is no longer in front of the work of art but with it, through it, a beautiful listening appears. Bantus protect us, we are by their side, facing the world and facing ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
