teufelsberg berlin

in august/september, I had the opportunity to visit the former communications intercept station on the teufelsberg a few times. normally, the artbase 2012 would have taken place here in august, but the public authorities prohibited the event shortly before it was to get underway. several street artists had already been on the teufelsberg for weeks, so there were many new works on display.
it was well-attended on september 8^th (open monument day). here as well, many artists were active, and various performances took place.

you can regularly visit the facility, and there are guided tours every saturday and sunday at 2 pm.
